It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Mandell of Elmira, New York, who passed away on November 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael A. Mandell and Catherine Mandell (Noterfonzo); his sister Theresa A.; his brother-in-law Charles Jung; and his brother Daniel J. Mandell.

He is survived by: his brother Michael J.; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Mandell of Elmira and Rosalee Mandell of Elmira. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
