He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lemoncelli and Winifred Lemoncelli (Hilboldt); his sister Dawn Shanks; and his aunt Betty L. Root. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lemoncelli (Peck); his children, David Lemoncelli of Elmira, NY, Jennifer Frazer (Andrew) of Pike Road, AL and Kristen Lemoncelli of Elmira, NY; and his grandchildren, Gavin Lemoncelli, Regan Frazer, Elijah Frazer, Delaney Frazer and Noah Frazer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Falck Cancer Center or the Chemung County SPCA, in Richard's memory.
