He was predeceased by: his father Richard J. Kinner, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Deborah Kinner. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kinner, Sr. (Stout); his daughter Jacqueline Liquori; his grandson Carter Clark; his wife Debra; his children, Keith Kinner (Catherine), Thurmon Liquori (Rhiannon), Jamey Kinner (Ray) and Bridgett Liquori (Mike); his brothers, Bart Kinner, Brett Kinner (Cindy), Neil Kinner and Dana Kinner; and his niece Chrystal Kinner. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
