It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Edward Rollins of Elmira, New York, who passed away on June 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Black and Rosa Nell Rollins; and his grandparents, Clarence E., Sr. and Stella Toledo Black. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Teeter Rollins; his daughter Larissa; his son-in-law Mike Singleton of Elmira; his grandchildren, Justen, Shaq and Savon; his great grandchildren, Zhavier and Jhamairah; his sister Aletha Rollins (Mike Plaisted) of Elmira; and his siblings-in-law, Michele Osburn of Elmira, Marie and Robert Dickinson of Wayland, NY. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and especially his GETA family.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Rich with a donation to one of the following, Arctic League, P O Box 113, Elmira NY 14902; GETA, P O Box 147, Big Flats NY 14814; or Arnot Health Foundation, 600 Roe Avenue, Elmira NY 14905.
