He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barnes and Patricia Barnes (Marcus); his siblings, Michael, Mark, Casey, Shaun Rearick and Gail Wantuck; and his nephews, JonMark Rearick and Anthony "Tony" Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Kristine "Kris" Harkness Barnes; his stepchildren, Brian Powell (Amanda) and Tara Girardi; his stepgrandchildren, Anna, Colton, Liam, Landon and Xzavier; his siblings, Patrick Barnes (Karen), Shannon Barnes, Meghan Sloyka (Jim) and Tobi Carbone (Donnie); and his mother-in-law Sandy Harkness. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
