He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Williams and Ila Williams; his brother Jon Williams (Kelly); his nephew Zachary Williams; his nieces, Morgan and Rachel Williams; and his uncles, Donald and Edward Boom of Horseheads.
