He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seeley Booth and Elizabeth Sicard Booth; his wife Ellen Jane Beattie Booth; and his siblings-in-law, Anne Booth and David Beattie.
He is survived by: his son J. Walter; his daughter-in-law Jill Booth of Elmira; his daughters, Betsy (Mark Scalco), Jeannette (Andrew Colucci) and Mary Booth (Tom Tebo); his grandchildren, Emma, John Hunter Booth, Caleb Colucci, Thomas and Gunnar Tebo; his brother J. Seeley Booth Jr. of Pine City; and his siblings-in-law, Herb Beattie of Tulsa, OK and Susan Beattie of Hamilton, NY. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
