It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul R. Bailey (Elmira, New York), who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bailey and Claudia Hernandez Bailey; his wife Machell; his sister Claudia Olson; and his son Michael.

He is survived by: his brother Carlos Mejia (Marcia) of Atlanta, GA; and his mother-in-law Joan Mosher of Horseheads, NY. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws, and friends.
