It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Smith (Elmira, New York), born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ivan Freeman and Genevieve Morse (Louie); her husband Kenneth Smith; her children, Alan Scholtisek, Richard Scholtisek (Cathy) and Diane Eckman (Michael); her daughter-in-law Shirley Scholtisek; her grandchildren, Rachael Eckman (Brian), Michael Eckman, Ruthie Decker, Amanda Scholtisek (Alan) and Annie Conklin (Jareth); her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Erinn, Aubrey, Ian, Jacob, Raelynn, Zachary, Jayden, Samantha, Douglas and Bonus; and her sons, Walt Freeman, Dave Tuller, Phil Earl and Russell Doane.
