She is survived by: her children, Thomas Cosentino, Leo Robert, Mae Ann, Phillip Cosentino, Rosemarie Cosentino and Nicole Smith; her great grandchild Nevaeh Hyman; her sister Nancy Swarthout (Kenneth); and her brother-in-law Ben Crowl.
