It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Lenora Pilcher (Elmira, New York), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bayly Rush Pilcher and Frances Sanders Pilcher. She is survived by: her significant other Raymond A. Youngman of Elmira, NY; her sister Rebecca; her brother-in-law Kenneth Cook of Marshallberg, NC; her niece Kimberly Scheigert Joskowitz; and her children, Rush Monro and Seth Jacob of Katy, Texas. She is also survived by several extended family members in Texas, several friends.
