He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesus Manlegro and Felicidad Manlegro (Murallon); his wife Evelyn Manlegro (Reynes); his children, Mary Lotis "Kay" Manlegro (Greg Whelan), Olwyn and Joseph "Jep" Manlegro; and his sister Brenda Manlegro Maghinay. He was also cherished by many loving extended family including, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
