With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Charles Niles (Elmira, New York), born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Nelson Niles; his sister Wilma; his granddaughter Marietta Southard; and his sister-in-law Patricia Niles. He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Lewis Niles; his wife Orletta Ellsworth Niles; his children, Robbin Palmer (Eric), Nona Niles, Orletta VanKeuren (Al), Kelly Barrows (Robert), Norman Niles (Elizabeth) and Priscilla Southard (David); and his siblings, Dennis Niles, Milton Niles (Diane), Charles Niles, Lydia Niles, Nyomi Rice (James) and Wayne Niles (Robin). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
