She is survived by: her daughter Penny Matthews (Dennis); her grandchildren, Erica Warrick (Justin) and Tyler Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Coltin and Cara Warrick. She is also survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
