She was predeceased by: her mother Tina Dunn (Fields). She is survived by: her father William Dunn; her husband Lee Heavlin; her children, William, Gavyn Heavlin, Mackenzie Heavlin, Hannah Osborne and Kaitlyn Burdick; her grandson Carson; and her sister Jessica Dunn. She is also survived by family members and friends.
