He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Martin; his mother Beverly Martin (Moss); his daughters, Nevianna Vieira, Tonya Fox and Tina Fox; his brothers, Troy and Kirk; and his pets, Kymia and Titan. He is also survived by his extended family members and friends, including aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
