He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Serfas. He is survived by: his children, Milton K. Serfas Jr. of Elmira, NY, Gary L. Serfas of Shelbyville, TN and Bonnie Herrell of Murfreesboro, TN.; his brother Lewis I. Serfas of New Port Richey, Florida; and his brothers-in-law, James Kerr and Arthur Kerr. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
A private funeral service will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with family due to Coronavirus guidelines.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in his name.
