He is survived by: his children, Chad Rackett of McGraw, Brittany Hill of Cortland and Carol Ann Rackett of Seneca Falls; his grandchildren, Aleiyah and Maverik Allington of Cortland; and his brothers, Ricky of Cortland and Ronald (Pamela) of Marathon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
