He was predeceased by: his father Leo Quinn; and his brothers, Thomas Quinn (Karen) and John. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Quinn of Pine City; his children, Brian P. Quinn (Gail), Kelley E. Quinn, Allison M. Quinn and John M. Quinn; his granddaughters, Kacey Quinn and Katey Quinn; and his brothers, Joseph of Miami, William (Carol) of St. Augustine and Laurence (Barbara) of Millerton.
