He is survived by: his wife Maryann Letizia of Elmira; his sons, Joseph Letizia (Donna) of Bucks County, PA, Charles Letizia (Lauren) of Windsor, CT and Christopher Letizia (Jodi) of Murfreesboro, TN; his siblings, Francis Letizia (Teri) of Fort Wayne, IN, Carolyn Romani (Peter) of Ithaca, NY and Linda Knox (Aaron) of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Jacob Letizia, Sarah Letizia, Rachel Letizia, Alexxis Letizia, Allison Letizia, Cole Letizia and Cassidy Letizia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
