She is survived by: her close friend Kenny Bailey of Elmira; her children, Joseph Waters of Elmira and Amanda Frederick (Roger Crowley, Jr.) of Elmira; her granddaughters, Mia Crowley and Arianna Crowley; her siblings, Audra M. Green (Alfred VanSkiver), Mark Waters, Wendy Walker (Tim) and Mike Waters; and her close friend Becky Bailey (Boo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
