Congdon (Elmira, New York), born in Montour Falls, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth F. Dunham and Bernice Dunham (States); her husband Maynard F. Congdon; her brother John Dunham; her grandchildren, Randall Congdon, James Brady and Jillian Knapp Dunn; her brother-in-law Walter Webb; and her niece Roaine Webb Dion.
She is survived by: her children, Maynard D. Congdon (Ginger), Patricia Knapp (James), Michael J. Congdon (Deb), Richard E. Congdon (Carol), James R. Congdon (Lori), Ronald E. Congdon, Lawrence L. Congdon (Julie) and William T. Congdon (Lisa); and her siblings, Kay R. Dunham Webb and Herb Dunham. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
