It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Weingart (Elmira, New York), who passed away on October 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Elizabeth Weingart to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Lagonegro and Mary Jean Lagonegro (McCormick); and also, Francis B. Weingart and Mary Florence Weingart. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Elissa Marie Weingart, Olivia Anne Weingart and Patrick Donovan Weingart (Rebecca); her grandsons, Donovan Julius and William David Weingart; her sisters, Jean Lagonegro, Joan Prechtl (Michael) and Ann Lagonegro; and her brothers-in-law, John, Philip (Catherine), Edwin and Thomas Weingart (Monica). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her remembrance be made to Notre Dame High School, 1400 Maple Avenue, Elmira NY 14904.
