She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Carol O'Hara; and her grandparents, Andrew Russin, Theresa Russin, Charles Lacy and Jane Lacy.

She is survived by: her husband Chip Cummings; her children, Evan and Laura Cummings; her parents, Gerald Russin (Jerry) and Josephine Lacy Russin (Joan); her parents-in-law, Roy W. Cummings Jr. and Kim T. Cummings of Troy, PA; her sisters, Heather Welzant (Phil) of Gambrills, MD and Jennifer Furman (Mike) of Elmira, NY; her siblings-in-law, Scott Cummings (Robyn) of Troy, PA, Jay Cummings of Troy, PA and Shelly Kendall (Vaughn) of Troy, PA.; and her nieces and nephews, Adam, Claire Welzant, Amy, Kevin Furman, Ashley Cummings, Jacob, Justin, Jay, Aahleisia Cummings, Katie, Corbin and Delaney Kendall. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
