She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick F. O'Keefe and Marie Mulherin O'Keefe; her husband Andrew J. Schultz; her sister Nancy McDermott; her brother-in-law Joseph McDermott; her son-in-law Jim Minchin; and her niece Eileen McDermott.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Beth; her son-in-law James Dix of Horseheads; her grandchild Dana Schultz; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Terry Schultz (Penny) and Haley of Virginia Beach; her niece Kathy Zito (Mike) of Elmira; and her great-nephew Bryan Mullen.
