He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Rivers Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Erma Dorn (Ronnie); his wife Staci; his children, Isabella, Charlise, Cayden and Joshua; his grandchildren, Javier, Kaylee, Josh Jr. and Malorie Holton; his daughter Kailey Mead; his grandmother Annie Rivers; his parents-in-law, Jeanna and Charles Belknap; and his siblings, Shondra Jones, Franteria Rivers, Alex H. Pelt Sr., Warren Rivers and Franklin Rivers, Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the COVID pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced.
