We bid farewell to Marilyn Louise Held of Elmira, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 1, 2024 at the age of 89. Marilyn Louise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband George Held; and her parents, Winifred Smith and Gordon Smith. She is survived by: her children, Pamela (Pete Rockett), Robert (Mary Held), Pat (Frank Rugiero), Don Held of Dansville, Kathy (Tony Rivera) and Darrell (Tina Held); and her son-in-law Frank Rugiero. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Christian Faith Fellowship Church (719 Holdridge St, Elmira, NY 14904). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
