She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne "Porky" and Marilyn J. "Molly" Voorhees-Butler (Moore); and her stepfather Robert "Bob" Butler. She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, Shawn Meyer Sr. (Kristen) of Gillett, PA, Adriance-Stickler of Bakersfield, CA and Stacy Adriance of Bakersfield, CA; her grandchildren, Shawn Jr. and Alexis Meyer; her great grandchild Jaxson; and her brothers, Robert "Bud" Voorhees (Kay) of Wellsboro, PA and Steve Voorhees (Cathy) of York, PA.. She is also survived by several other grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, nieces and nephews.
