He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bailey and Mary Bailey; and his grandson Andre Richards. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Laurie Migliore (John) of Pine City, Loren Bailey Jr. (Cindy Terrio) of Candor, Betty Kline (Kris Cobb) of Elmira and Pamela Ellis (James Rhem) of Punta Gorda, Fla; his grandchildren, Christina Cowan (Jimmy), Bryan, Bethany Migliore, Allen Bailey (Rosalie), Michael Wheaton (Noel), Shannon Bailey (Ronnie), Joshua Kline (Janet), Amber Herman (Brandon), Desi Kline (Gary), Anthony Kline, Patrick Kline, David Cobb, Samantha Cobb (Dan), Elizabeth Cobb, Logan Cobb, Corey Ellis, Derek Ellis (Jenna) and Araya Rhem; and his sister Helen Jelliff. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
