He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry E. Smith and Sharon Hartwell Smith; his brother Jody Smith; his niece Trisha Smith; and his granddaughter Faith Smith (Shawn Rawleigh).
He is survived by: his children, Anastacia Barker (Christopher) of Arkansas, Shyila Smith of Bath, NY, Aaron Smith of Odgensburg, NY and Mason Smith of Wayland, NY; his grandchildren, Kelly Eggers, Isaiah Eggers, Elizabeth, Kimiko Barker and Noah Smith; and his siblings, Tracey Neally (Frederick), Krystal Skala and Larry William Smith. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
