She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Cadek and Grace J. Cadek; and her daughter Michele M. Peckally (Ravnikar). She is survived by: her husband John A. Peckally; her children, Lisa J. Donegan (Casey) of Painted Post, NY and Michael J. Peckally (Jennifer) of East Stroudsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Stephanie M. Lodge (Michael), Olivia M. Peckally and Owen M. Peckally; her brother John Cadek (Linda); her aunt Jenny Tyson; her close friends, Donna Goodwin, Beatrice "Peaches" Cummings and Amy Pencola; and her nephew Mike J. Cadek. She is also survived by numerous cousins; and nephews.
