He was predeceased by: his parent Alfred Shock; and his siblings, Arthur, Rodger, David Shock, Darlene Smith and Jack.
He is survived by: his parent Mildred Shock (Redman); his wife Barbara; his children, Anthony Wayne Shock of Elmira and Dawn Marie of VanEtten; his son-in-law Howard Harding of VanEtten; his grandchildren, Zachary Shock, Lynsie Hunter Reeder, Alisen Noel Harding and Kelsie Jordan Shock; his great grandchildren, Kaiden Shock, Addison Reeder, Paislie June Reeder and Rowan Harding Sample; and also, Everett Shock of Wellsburg, Elsie Shock of Wellsburg, Robert Shock of Wellsburg and Blanche Shock of Wellsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
