She was predeceased by: her father Mahlon Middaugh; and her husband Anthony J. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Todd Steinhauer (Jenn), Mindi Lewis, Amber Lewis-Smiley (Commie) and Stacee Lewis-DePrimo (Joseph); and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Hailie, Jordan, Robert (Chunker), Camden, Ci'Onna, Skyy and Rylee.
