He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Smith; and his brother Gary Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith (Berger); his daughters, Gretchyn Bedard (Daniel) and Sarah Moye (Steven); his mother Beverly Smith; his brother Cary Smith; and his granddaughters, Hannah and Jillian Bedard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in his name can be made to the Chemung County SPCA.
