He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Cady (Aylesworth); his brother Alexzander W. Aylesworth; and his grandparents, Dale and Joan Aylesworth. He is survived by: his father Cady II (Chrissy); his brother Jason Dominikoski; his grandparents, Larry Cady and Janet Cleveland (Cady); and his close friend Michael Townson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
He was a very caring, loving, and giving person who wore his heart on his sleeve, and that continued in death through the gift of organ donation.
