It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Allen Seymour of Elmira, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, William "Billy" II and Rose Seymour II (Foster); his wife Peggy Thurston; his siblings, Punky Seymour, Tina Seymour and Billy-Jo Warner; and his stepchildren, Thomas Thurston, Corey Ryan Jr., Brittany Alexander, Eric Ribble Jr. and Shawn Ribble. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
