It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth H. Howard of Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Sylvia Howard; and his brother Richard Howard. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Howard and Brittany Harrell (David Fitzsimmons); the mother of his children Keila Howard; his grandchildren, Nolan Clinton and Arianna Hungerford; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Howard and Janice White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
