It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly A. Bailey of Elmira, New York, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James M. Allyn, Sr.; her sister Kimberly Allyn; her former husband Steven Felker; her parents-in-law, Marilyn White and James Bailey; her nephew Brian Martin; and her great-niece Siveen McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Bailey; her mother Nancy Palladino Allyn; her children, Heather Felker (Trina), Roxanne Felker (Jose), Steven Felker (Sondra) and Kirsten Perry (Michael); her grandchildren, McKenzie, Riley, Gianna, Karter, Emmet, Elliot and Jolene; her great grandchildren, Zaivion, Lilly and Jason; her siblings, Wendy McLaughlin (Rich), April Hawkins (Patrick), James M. Allyn Jr. and Scott J. Allyn (Beth); her pet Kyra; her siblings-in-law, Michael Bailey, Marc Bailey and Jaime Bailey; and her mother-in-law Virginia Felker. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and many friends.
