She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McKlevis and Madeline McKlevis (Coe); her daughter Kerrie Bellinger; her grandson Nicholas Bellinger; and her brothers, Joseph McKlevis, Jr., Michael McKlevis and Christopher McKlevis.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond R. Bellinger; her daughter Kelley Bellinger of Pine City, NY; her granddaughters, Lexie and Mackenzie Bellinger of Pine City, NY; her siblings, Daniel McKlevis (Cami) of Orchard Park, NY, Robert McKlevis (Jeanette) of Tucson, AZ, Mary Thomas of Seattle, WA and Patricia Grist (Wes) of Gresham, OR; and her friends, Barb James and Nancy Rios. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
