She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. O'Connor and Stella O'Connor (Winiecke); her sister Geraldine "Jeri" Cartwright; and her brother-in-law Edward Shaw. She is survived by: her husband David L. Shaw; her children, Teresa L. Shaw of Elmira, Patti J. Root of Elmira, Joshua and Nicholas; her sister Nancy Marrone; and her brother-in-law Mike Marrone of Elmira. She is also survived by several cousins and many good friends.
