Welickovitch (McCarthy); her husband Harold "Harry" Decker; her daughter Christine Watts-Wright (Jack) of Horseheads; her sister-in-law Michael J.; her nieces and nephews, Matthew Welickovtich, Daniel Welickovtich and Kevin M. Welickovitch of Ridgebury, PA; her brothers-in-law, Rose Foster, Henry Decker, Ellen Decker, Roxanne Corey, Tracy Wheaton, Daniel Wheaton, William Decker and Bernie Decker; her nieces, Barbara Miller and Kimberly Gilbert; her great-niece Lottie-Mae Watts; and her significant other Lucy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kathy's name can be made to a charity of one's choice.
