It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen L. Palmer (Elmira, New York), who passed away on October 31, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Maureen Palmer (Collins). She is survived by: her father Jay E. Palmer; her daughters, Anna L. Hoyt and Olivia R. Hoyt; and her brothers, Craig [Jennifer] and Scott [Theresa] Palmer. She is also survived by extended family and many close friends.
As per Karen's request there will be no services at this time, due to COVID-19.
