She was predeceased by: her father Lee Robbins; her siblings, Michael Robbins and Debra Lattin; and her niece Alicia Hoover. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Gustin Robbins of Horseheads, NY; her sons, Joseph "Raice" Weller (Rebecca) of Liverpool, NY and Zachary Heifferon (Katherine) of Fairport, NY; her granddaughter Lucy Heifferon; her sister Pamela Tarver (Paul) of Meridian, MS; her fiancé Carl Tremaine of Sanford, FL; and her friend Bill W.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

She was an inspiration anyone blessed enough to cross her path and meet her. Especially blessed people who got to know Karen because she a beautiful person who deeply cared for her friends and family. Karen was especially special to those of us at Wings of Eagles where she and I spent many slap happy days goofing off taking care of it! Love you!”
