She is survived by: her children, Pam Forstell (Scott), Luke, Nick and Mark Palinkas (Leighanne); her grandchildren, Jack, Will and Holly; her daughter Trish O'Day (Mike); her grandchildren, Michael, Katie, Sean and Sarah; her son Dan Palinkas (Jill); her grandsons, Aidan, Logan and Mason; and her siblings, Maureen Smith and Michael McManus.
