He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Magno and Ermil Magno (Copp); his children, Dominic J. and Emily N. Magno; and his mother-in-law Edna Maloney (McDonald).
He is survived by: his wife Mary P. Maloney Magno; his children, Beth A. Russell of Elmira, Tyler, Ethan and Louis D.; his daughter-in-law Rachel Magno of Elmira; his sisters, Catherine Kohlberger of Horseheads, Irene McCann of Pine City, Maryrose (Jerry Bannister) and Frances Doane of Elmira; his father-in-law Francis "Pat" Maloney (Bernice Hotchkiss) of Mount Morris, NY; his siblings-in-law, Jim, Melody Maloney of Pine City, Betsy, Mike Cuer of Horseheads, Nancy, Kevin McCausland of Overland Park, KS and Jack Maloney of Atlanta, GA; his uncle Thomas Magno of Elmira; and his son Lou. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
