He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Horton and Ann Horton (Sullivan). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Lacey Lewis (Jared), Craig Church and Joseph Horton Jr.; and his brothers, Kenneth Horton (Cindy) and David Horton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
