He was predeceased by : his parents, John and Barbara Shook. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; his children, Marc, Melanie, Rachael Shook, Randy Paciorek and Johnpaul Paciorek; his grandchildren, Zachary Paciorek, Rachel Paciorek and Kristina Paciorek; and his great grandchild Izzabella Smith.
