He was predeceased by: his nephew Benjamin "Ben" Michael Newton. He is survived by: his mother Flora Newton; his wife Donna Newton (Loomis); his stepdaughter Tina (John); his children, Christiaan King (Lauren), Connor King (Lindsey), Cameron King, Claire King and Chase King; his great grandchild Emilia King; and his siblings, Jennifer Wolf (Ed), Tim Newton (Pam), Larry Newton (Debi) and Tom Newton (Cheryl). He is also survived by other relatives, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his church family.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Community Church (237 E Miller St, Elmira, NY 14904). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
