He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Jean Harris-Jardin and Joseph Adam Augustine; his significant other Belinda O'Dell; his children, Jazmon Jacel Augustine, Ona Lynne Augustine, Christian Alexander Stickler and Wesley Warren Koontz; his grandchild Skyona Jayla Lopez-Stickler; his siblings, Maribeth Elmquist (Kevin), Albert Augustine, Scott Jardin and Glenn Jardin; and his friend Tammi Stickler.
