He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Elizabeth Crum Sr.; his wife Martha Crum; his daughter-in-law Malinda Crum; and his siblings, Fran Shaffer, Donald and Stan Crum.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Slater of Elmira and Gerald Crum of Wellsburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
